2 afternoon workshops:

Friday 16.30-18.30: Meditation talk and Practice.
Learn how the 8 limbs of ashtanga yoga work together to help establish and enhance calm mental states. Understand reactivity and triggers and how to heal emotional and mental wounds through meditation practice.

Saturday: 15.00-17.00: Understanding Concentration.
Meditation and Samadhi: How to practice these methods 24 hours a day to heal the mental wounds and sustain mental health.

Gretchen has the rare combination of being an experienced Authorized Ashtanga teacher and licensed psychotherapist. She received Authorization to teach this method by Guruji and Sharath back in 2004.
Gretchen has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and has dedicated her life to helping people develop positive coping skills, increase self-awareness and overall well-being. She offers a unique blend of eastern and western therapeutic techniques to help clients heal, transform and live a meaningful life.
